Directory Legal Disclaimer
Last updated: October 2026
1. Informational Directory
PrivateSATTutoring.com is an independent informational directory. Listings do not constitute an official endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any tutor's or tutoring company's qualifications, availability, services, or results. Inclusion in the directory is not a warranty of performance.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific SAT score improvement, college admission outcome, or level of service. Individual results depend on many factors, including student effort, baseline scores, and the specific tutoring engagement. Any score-related claims shown in a listing are provided by the listed provider and have not been independently verified by the Directory.
3. Independent Verification
Students and families should independently confirm a provider's credentials, background checks, references, fees, scheduling, and suitability before engaging a tutor. The Directory does not perform background checks on all listed providers and does not assume responsibility for the conduct of any listed tutor or company.
4. Not Affiliated with College Board
This directory is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board. SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board, which does not endorse and is not involved in the operation of this directory. References to the SAT, the digital SAT, or Bluebook are for descriptive purposes only.
5. Listing & Verification Status
Listing tiers (Basic, Enhanced, and Featured) reflect paid visibility and placement, not a provider's qualifications or quality. A paid or featured listing does not automatically make a provider verified. Verification labels are applied only where supporting information exists and are clearly distinguished from paid placement.
6. Accuracy of Listings
While we strive to keep listings current, information may change without notice. We are not liable for outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate listing content. Listed providers are responsible for the accuracy of their own information, and users are encouraged to confirm details directly with the provider.
7. No Tutor-Student Relationship
PrivateSATTutoring.com is not a party to any agreement between a user and a listed tutor or company. We do not provide tutoring services, process payments for tutoring, or mediate disputes. All engagements are solely between the user and the provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrivateSATTutoring.com and its operators disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or harm arising from the use of the directory or from interactions with listed providers, including any tutoring outcomes or financial transactions.
9. Contact
